This fantastic site allows you to search through archived newsreels from the past. Suitable to use when studying topics such as fashion, popular culture and transportation changes. There is also information about New Towns which may support discussions on population changes after world war 2. Please note that resident UK citizens are allowed to download "preview" versions of the material for free. These are not of the highest quality - but are certainly acceptable for use in the classroom.
